Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a time limit on how long I can use a free Techadds account?

No. Signing up for an account is free and we will never charge you for a base account. You will only receive a charge if you choose to upgrade to the Pro plan or above.

How do I upgrade/downgrade my platform subscription?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by accessing your account settings within the platform. Then, go to Billing Preferences > Subscriptions. There, you will see your current plan as well as buttons to upgrade or downgrade to one of our remaining plans.

Do I have to sign any contracts when I sign up for an account?

No. We will never utilize contracts and you are free to cancel any subscriptions at any time. You will retain account access for the remaining duration of your current subscription.

Can I use my affiliate earnings to subsidize my yearly or monthly payments?

No. All of our affiliate payments are automatically distributed via a Stripe Connect account, while purchases are handled through a credit card transaction.

Are there any plans that provide the add-on features by default?

No. Add-on features such as phone numbers, Sites activation, and Listings Manager are independent services that you can subscribe to separately at any time.

What payment methods do you accept for my platform subscription?

We currently accept payments via any major credit card provider.

Can I mix and match capabilities to create my own plan?

No. Each plan offers you access to every application on the platform. If you wish to take advantage of new features or account limits, you will need to upgrade to one of the available plans.

Will I be automatically charged each month?

Yes. We will charge your default payment method on file every 30 days after your initial start date. You can always check on your next payment and renewal date by reviewing your subscriptions within your platform account settings.

Can I switch to a yearly plan if I’m on a monthly plan?

Yes. When reviewing your platform subscription settings, you will see a toggle that allows you to switch between Monthly and Yearly. Switch to Yearly and select the plan you wish to use. If you wish to stay on your current plan, but switch to Yearly, you will need to contact our support team to execute this process on your behalf.

Does my subscription include any white-labeled fulfillment services?

No. This subscription is for our software platform only. If you are interested in fulfillment services for yourself or your client, you will need to purchase them separately within the Fulfillment Store.

Do I need to provide my credit card information when using a free account?

No. Creating an account is absolutely free - no credit card information is required.

Can I purchase, upgrade, or downgrade my sub-account’s platform subscription?

Clients can actually do this all on their own from their dashboards, and when they do, you get paid automatically!
